Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
A. Unfortunately due to limited seating only children (10 and up) with paid admission are allowed to attend. The only exception would be a child (under the age of 1) seated in an infant carrier that does not require a seat.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A. Yes, please bring your printed ticket confirmation with you to the event.
What is the refund policy?
A. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
A. Unfortunately the tickets are non-transferable and must be utilized by the purchaser.
Are you allowed to purchase tickets at the door?
A. No, at this time due to limited seating no monies will be accepted at the door.
Why has the cost of the workshop changed, it was originally $10 per person?
A. Due to the increase in facility cost and other administrative fees we are no longer able to offer the workshop for $10 per person. However; we occasionally offer promotions and specials to the general public.
Can Sensible Shoppers come to my organization, non-profit, workplace, mom’s group etc. to conduct a workshop?
A. Yes, Sensible Shoppers offers a variety of other services including: Basic and Advanced Workshops, In-Home Savings Sessions, Lunch n’ Learns and Fundraising Opportunities.
